| 抄録(和) | 本研究は, 現在の画像のみに注目して腫瘤影判定を行っていた従来の腫瘤影検出システムに, 過去画像を比較する経時変化検出処理を加えることで, 検出性能を改善することを目的とする.具体的な処理は, まず現在画像から抽出された腫瘤影候補領域から特徴量を測定した後, 悪性度を用いて判定を行う.次に悪性と判定された候補領域に対応する過去画像上の領域を位置合わせにより求める.さらに, それらの候補領域の組に対して, 2段目の判定処理として現在と過去の悪性度の変化を用いて真に腫瘤影であるものを絞り込む.実際に本手法を122組の経時画像に適用した結果, 従来よりもAzが4.53%上昇し, TP=90%時のFPが約半数の0.27個/imgまで削減された. |
| 抄録(英) | Computer-Aided Detection system has been developed for the purpose of diagnosis of current mammogram. In this paper, we propose the new CAD system by use of the interval change detection process. In our proposed system, firstly, suspicious regions (SRs) extracted from current image are classified based on degree of malignancy. Secondary, corresponding region of the SR classified as abnormal are extracted from the previous image and analyzed. At last, the regions are classified based on the average and interval change between degree of malignancy of current image and that of previous ones. Experimental result using 122 real mammogram pairs shows 4.53% increase for Az and 0.27 decrease for false positives per image from our previous system. |
