Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Holographic femtosecond laser processing with multiplexed phase Fresnel lenses (MPFL) for a high-speed fabrication of microstructures is proposed. The use of the MPFL enables tunablity and three-dimensional parallelism of the diffractive femtosecond laser pulse intensities with low computational costs in addition with an arbitrary and variable features achieved by use of a spatial light modulator.
