Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A lot of present microphone, such as dynamic and condenser type microphones, are affected with the strong electromagnetic environment. A optical microphone is a promising method in such an environment. We have proposed a multipoint optical microphone system using FBGs(Fiber Bragg Grating). The sound pressure is vertically applied to the FBG so that the sensitivity might be improved. The outputs of two adjacent AWG ports are differentially detected to achieve real-time detection. Finally, frequency response of the system is reported.
