A Consideration about Effect of Dendrite in Neuron

Abstract(in English) Recently, non-linear interaction of dendrite attracts attention. For example, shunting effect which is caused by inhibitory synapse, back propagation of action potential, and so on. It is considered that to take in these non-linear interaction of dendrite to neuron model which is used well in neural networks model is very effective. To take in these non-linear interaction of dendrite to neuron model, in this study, we consider about characteristic of dendrite. We constructed and simulated neuron model which consist of many compartment expressed by electrical equivalent circuit. Neuron model is simulated about a transmission characteristic and effect of shape of dendrite and different timing inputs which are two excitatory inputs, excitatory and inhibitory inputs. And, we have given a consideration about simulation result.
