Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Holding any technical conference requires, at least, announcing the online and/or the details, registration of (preliminary/final) manuscripts submitted from authors, sending acknowledgments, handling review and selection processes, sending notifications, and (possibly) receiving final manuscripts. They are to be included in a printed and/or CD-ROM versions of proceedings, and preparing (advance/final) session program is also necessary. Hence their efficient processing is desirable. As is easily realized, huge amount of time and effort would be spent for such a conference to be held successfully, and any management system for handling the (preferably) whole process mentioned above would be strongly expected. This motivated us to develop AllConf, a conference web-based conference management system with high capability and flexibility. It should be noted that AllConf has been used in many international/domestic conferences (every year in almost all ones), showing that its system performance is highly evaluated.
