Abstract(in English) | Haptic displays are developed actively, and haptic media will be in widespread use. The haptic media is very sensitive to the network delay. In this report, we measured effect of feedback-delay on sensitivity of elasticity using psychophysical method. The results revealed that the difference the threshold of elasticity does not change largely when feedback-delay is not larger than 20 ms, and increases when feedback-delay is larger than 20ms. |
