Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The VoIP technology improves rapidly and it is spreading to the ordinary user is advanced in recent years. However, the control of the VoIP networks that considers stability, fairness, flexibility, and management is needed if it is assumed to develop universal telephone service networks similar to PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network). This paper proposes a dynamic resource allocation system which can enable high adaptability to traffic change maintaining the high network efficiency. MPLS is used to control packet transfer route of each call. On that, quality resource reservation method is applied to VC allocation processes in the control center in order to suppress disorderly expansion of alternate routing causing the network throughput decrease. Performance Evaluation results are shown by using 4000erl. scale computer simulation.
