Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Facial expressions of photographs and movies used in many previous examinations have been emphasized. However, in order to investigate meanings of expressions in communication, it is necessary to examine about a voluntary expression. In this paper, recognition tests were conducted using pictures of posed expression and elicited expressions. The main findings were as follows; (1) Happy and disgust were appropriately, but fear was not so. (2) The intensities of elicited expressions were recognized weaker than that of posed expressions. (3) Decoders could tell the elicited expressions and posed expressions. |
