Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Our research is realization of The Cooking Support System which can display the appropriate recipe depending on progress of cooking. This is one of services watching us to help in ubiquitous sensing environment. The important issue for realization of this system is recognition of the cooking action by multi sensors in ubiquitous environment. In this paper, we describe the description of cooking and implementation of the system that can recognize the cooking action with the stochastic state transition model.
