Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Simultaneous equation method like Filterd-x method is proposed as one of the algorithm which does not have the necessity to identify secondary system in advance. In addition, the technique which calculates the noise control filter in the frequency domain is already proposed. In this report, you verify that focus speed of simultaneous equation method improves by the fact that parameter of simultaneous equation method in the frequency domain is set optimumly with the experimental system. Furthermore, the technique which decreases the noise increase time of operational early stage of simultaneous equation method is proposed.
