Abstract(in English) Legal issues concerned with the utilization of Camera have occurred in a various sides. For instance. "Assurance of Security" for crime prevention, criminal investigation, and information security, etc., "Safe Tradings" in the actual world or an online trade, and the "National Security" of countries including the measure against terrorism. It is certain that the utilization of a camera continues to spread in various aspects of affairs including face recognition and authentication equipment by using biometrics. However, a composite use of ubiquitous media, such as RFID and biometrics, follows on spreading, and the problem which must be solved legally is also becoming complicated. In relation to the protection of the individual right to privacy, the concept of it is liable to cause misunderstandanding and the enforcement of The Personal Information Protection Act give rise to confusion between data protectin and protectin of the right to privacy. This report focus on the protection of the right to privacy accompanying with the utilization of ubiquitous media and which should serve as a fort of the society that we have no privacy which is called "Zero Privacy" society.
