| 抄録(和) | 他者や世間への考慮、双方向の密度の高いコミュニケーションが十分ではなく、お互いを支え合う社会的なサポートが乏しく、理解不足や軋轢によって容易に不適応を生じやすい傾向がある。その結果、個々人の孤立を促し、集団や組織の連携的な行動が不十分になりつつある。それ故にこそ、円滑な対人関係、組織の活性化を図るために、コミュニケーション力の向上を目指すことが求められる。自分のメッセージを適切に記号化し、他者のメッセージを的確に解読することによって、個人はより活性化し、集団の高い成果も期待される。個人を結ぶ対人関係、さらに集団や組織の活動を考慮するならば、地位や役割の実現、集団凝集性の促進、多様な葛藤の解決、生産性達成のいずれもコミュニケーションの効率を高めることによって実現できるものである。近年、これらの期待を担う社会的スキル・トレーニングのプログラム開発とその実践が注目されている。その基本は、記号化と解読を基本とするコミュニケーション力の向上にあり、これに加えて、統制力、洞察力がある。しかも、いずれも日常的な行動をいかに意識し、内在化するのかに依存する。個々人のスキル向上は他者や集団に波及する効果も有している。 |
| 抄録(英) | Many people do not possess sufficient communication skills including the care for other persons and to the public, intense mutual interaction, then they have little social support each other and have some conflicts without enough understanding the others. These conditions evoke easily their maladaptive behaviors and enhance individual isolation from other people. Therefore, people are not able to collaborate with other members in group and in organization. We need to improve our communication skills to make for adaptive interpersonal relations and organizational activities. When we encode own messages and decode others' messages in appropriate manner, those communication behaviors lead to activate not only our selves' adaptation but the high performance of membership group. Considering the elements of interpersonal network and group activities, we can put into practice many tasks like as the social status and role attainment, enhancing group cohesiveness, resolution of many types of conflicts (like task conflicts and relational conflicts), and productivity attainment. The development and practice of social skills training program to effort above adaptive expectation are attracted attention from psychological researchers. The basic modules of training are encoding and decoding messages to the improvement of interpersonal communication. Also, we need the control own communication skills and insight to read the social context. These skills are depend on the bringing back to the consciousness and confirmation of own behaviors derived from ordinary activities. It is important that the personal improvement of social skills including communication abilities influence on others' behavior and membership group performance. |
