Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is well known that most of the autistic children have difficulties in acquiring the concept of time stream. In the present study, we design and develop a tool to support their daily lives. The main objective of the tool is to provide an environment to have perceptions of time streams and schedules. For easy use in the daily lives, we design the tool based on the BREW technologies, which works on recent mobile phones. In the system, we provide an application to customize the user interface parameters of the tool. The parameters are saved in the XML files, then copied to the mobile phone. The BREW applications on the mobile phone works with the customized UI parameters.
