Abstract(in English) Three types of surface-plasmon modes are excited on a thin metal film : SISP(Single Interface Surface Plasmon), SRSP(Short-Range Surface Plasmon), and LRSP(Long-Range Surface Plasmon). In this report, we investigate the three surface-plasmon modes excited in a multilayered grating, which is a stack of metal and dielectric films periodically corrugated in one direction.
