Anthracene Radiation caused on Hot Electrons by PZT Ferroelectrics Polarization Inversion

Abstract(in English) Experiments to observe anthracene radiation caused on hot electrons emitted by PZT ferroelectrics polarization inversion is studying with using 2.5 mm and 1.0 mm thickness samples. The PZT electron-beam source was fabricated by coating about 1nm thick semi-conductive C-Au-S film on the comb type electrode side of PZT element after a flat and a comb type electrode were formed on the each side. Anthracene layer was over coated on the C-Au-S film on the comb type electrode side. On the tomb electrode side, same radiation was observed by impulse voltage application. To distinguish the anthracene radiation and the surface discharge induced by the corona discharge, additional experiments are doing. Optimization of the semi-conducting C-S-Au film atomic composition and thickness, the comb type electrode structure and the impulse voltage shape for polarization inversion are also going.
