Abstract(in English) The possible arrangements of Vanadylphthalocyanine molecules deposited on Au (111) on substrate were performed by Scanning Tunneling Microscopy (STM). The monolayer formed with Vanadylphthalocyanine (VOPc) molecules on the Au (111) substrate has a commensurate square lattice. The molecular diameter is 1.4nm and the height is 0.2nm. This agrees with that of the Vanadylphthalocyanine molecules. The second and third layers deposited on the monolayer prepared on the Au (111) substrate shifted from the center of the VOPc molecule forming the monolayer with about half the molecular diameter. This indicates that the VOPc molecule-molecule interaction between a monolayer and a second and third layers is weak compared to the interaction between the VOPc molecule and the Au (11) substrate. On the other hand, VOPc thin film prepared on KBr(100) substrate grows epitaxy with the thickness below 64nm. This indicates that the interaction between VOPc molecule and KBr(100) surface is more stronger than that of the interaction between Au(111) and VOPc molecule.
