Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In DS-CDMA system uplink, MAIs limit severely the capacity of DS-CDMA system. There has been many studies on interference cancellation to mitigate MAIs. SIC has been demonstrated to show superior BER performance to parallel interference cancellation in frequency-selective fading channels. On the other hand, received anntena diversity technology is an effective method in the frequency selective DS-CDMA system to mitigate MAIs. In this paper, the DS-CDMA system equipped with SIC and received anntena diversity technology is investigated. In SIC, failure to detect the data of the large received-signal-power users and regenerate the corresponding interference replicas results in considerable BER performance degradation. Therefore, we proposed the SIC-based interference cancellation scheme which selects the largest SINR user among 2 multiple received anntenas in DS-CDMA.
