Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A Polypyrrole based conducting polymer has used to fabricate a surface profile sensor. The fabricated sensor shows a momentarily charge collection in the polymer due to mechanical deformation. This paper proposes a matrix of such sensors on both surfaces of a thin film to obtain the bending information in order to follow a given surface. The temporal surface profile changes can be monitored through a precise multiplexing and reconstruction process.
