Abstract(in English) | We have been developing the face robot not only for healing and entertainment, but also human interface device and communication medium for next generation. When we think of the characteristics of our unique face robot, the most important technique for use of face robot as a new human interface devise and communication medium is display and recognition of facial expressions. This technique could be called as one for making the other self. In this paper, we show the concept for making the other self by using face robot and explain the technique we have been developing in terms of display and recognition of facial expressions. |
