| Abstract(in English) | Recently "Digital Divide" is becoming a serious social problem with progress of IT-revolution and aging society. We have considered and focused information-acquirement via information apparatuses, from view of "Information Interface" which we proposed in our former report. In this paper, we rearrange barriers at information acquirement from the view of the Information Interface at first. Additionally we build a structure and evaluation measures of information acquirement. Finally we propose "Information Barrier-free Model" based on the structure and evaluation measures. |
