Abstract(in English) | Micro manipulator with control accuracy of several nm has been constructed, and is demonstrated to manipulate the carbon micro coils. Potential distribution of Schottky junction of the structure Al/Poly(3-hexylthiophene)/Au was measured directly using this manipulator with two probe tips. It has been found that the large potential drop due to the depletion layer with high resistance was formed at the Al/Poly(3-hexylthiophene). |
