Abstract(in English) Due to the many advantages of active matrix organic light-emitting diode (OLED) displays using low-temperature poly-Si TFTs, they are expected to serve as next-generation flat panel displays. In this paper, we introduce the current status of OLED displays in general and summarize the technology of SANYO/KODAK OLED displays.
