Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) High temperature superconductor (HTS) 5GHz 10-pole bandpass filters (BPF) are designed by using quarter-wavelength coplanar waveguide (CPW) resonators, to realize low-loss and steep skirt slope characteristics. Firstly, the filter is designed using J- and K-inverters by using electromagnetic simulator SONNET em. Secondly, A tuning method is developed based on an optimized equivalent circuit for the frequency response by using the circuit simulator ADS. The frequency response is improved by a filter pattern modified by using the method. For a new structure where this structure is folded to realize a smaller HTS filter, the first stage of the design is presented.
