Abstract(in English) This paper shows a measured frequency response of a 5-GHz band coplanar superconducting filter using quarter wave length resonators. Photo lithography and ion milling are used to form a precise filter circuit pattern on the YBCO film that is deposited on the MgO substrate. The filter shows the center frequency of 5.02GHz, 200MHz bandwidth, 0.01dB ripple fractional, 0.22dB insertion loss, and 1.55dB/10MHz attenuation slope, respectively at 60K. The measured frequency response validates our design method of the superconducting filter.
