| 抄録(和) | 我々はマイクロ波帯用超伝導受信機の高性能、小型化を図り、フィルタを整合回路としてアンテナと一体化させる設計法を提案、研究を進めてきた。電磁界シミュレータによる解析では放射抵抗の小さいアンテナに対してもその設計法の有効性を確認、また実際にコプレーナ線路とスロットアンテナでYBCO薄膜上に実現したフィルター体型アンテナを測定し、良い特性を得た。またアンテナ部の高性能化を図り、スロットを折り曲げるという手法でアレイ化が可能という事を確認した。さらに今後は低雑音増幅器を同様の理論で整合をとりアンテナ・フィルタ・増幅器を集積化したシステムを開発する予定である。それらについて報告する。 |
| 抄録(英) | We have been studying a new design theory for the broadband impedance matching circuit for the small antenna, which is based on the conventional design theory of n-pole bandpass filter. The circuit is realized by the meander coplanar waveguide (CPW) transmission line resonators and interdigital gap integrated onto 15[mm]x15[mm] substrate. We have confirmed the design theory by the simulation with the electromagnetic wave (EM) simulator, and experimental result of a prototype miniaturized slot antenna made of the YBCO film is presented. We also studied a new design of slot array antenna for improving the antenna gain. We also present the theory of impedance matching circuit for a LNA for realizing a low noise receiver. |
