Abstract(in English) | With critical temperature which exceeds 120K, a (Hg,Re)1212 thin film can be greatly expected as a mobile radio communication filter used at present practically. It is due to be anticipated that the required performance to refrigerating machine from telecommunications industry becomes severe more and more. This time, we produced the microstrip resonator in the (Hg,Re)1212 thin film on (La,Sr)2A1TaO6 substrate (LSAT), and the 10GHz power characteristic evaluation was carried out. The (Hg,Re)1212 thin film of 300nm film thickness was processed into half-wave length microstrip resonator as an experimental method, and the insertion loss, center frequency fc, Qu value and power characteristic of third harmonic distortion (IMD3) at the 10GHz frequency were measured in the temperature range from 20K to 106K. Though the (Hg,Re)1212 film characteristics of IMD3 were 15 dB smaller than YBCO film at 77K, the (Hg,Re)1212 film showed promising microwave characteristics to the 100K temperature. |
