Abstract(in English) In IP networks, packet scheduling algorithm is useful for QoS control. A connection is given some QoS class and its packets are controled in each network node according to given priority. Generally, the number of available QoS class in each node is less than the number of connections, and the system utilization depends on the classification method. The proposed connection admission control method dynamically modifies QoS classification, and achieves higher system utilization. The numerical evaluation validates the mothod's usefulness.
