Abstract(in English) In this paper, the method of deciding the communication quality objectives based on SLA is examined. The proposed method balances the income of the network business person and the user satisfaction level for the communication quality, under a constant cost. To construct this method, we use Taguchi-method which provide for the method of the quality assessment and the quality improvement method.
