| 抄録(和) | 人間の顔認知メカニズムの解明を目的とした研究は, 科学技術の発展により非侵襲的脳機能検査法が主流になりつつある.しかし, 顔認知における刺激提示後150～170msのFFAの活動と, その後表情を認知する際のfMRIによって得られる扁桃体の活動との間には, 測定できていない空白の時間帯があると考えられる.すなわち刺激提示後170～500msの期間である.以前著者らは, 実験によってこの空白の時間帯における表情認知に関する脳活動の可能性を探ることに成功した.その結果を踏まえ, 本実験では, 動作時間の計測, 遅延見本合わせによる人物同定, 表情顔画像同定を順に行った.得られた表情認知時間は, 純粋な表情認知時間と動作時間, 顔認知時間を含む時間である.よって純粋な表情認知時間を得るには, 表情認知時間と動作時間, 顔認知時間の差分を取ればよい.13人の被験者に対する実験の結果, 無表情は85.3ms, 喜びは136.5ms, 嫌悪は72.0ms, 悲しみは104.0msという表情認知時間が得られた.これらの結果は刺激提示後170～500msの時間帯に表情認知が行われているという著者らの見解を支持するものだった. |
| 抄録(英) | Research of clarify the mechanism of facial recognition, noninvasive method is becoming mainstream that progress in science and technology But, there is the blank time zone that cannot be measured when the analyzing of face recognition used for there equipments. This is the zone between activities from 150ms to 170ms in FFA and activities of amygdala obtained by fMRI. That is, period from 170ms to 500ms that after presenting stimulation. In other time, we have succeeded at searching for possibility of the brain activity of face recognition in this blank time zone by an experiment. Based on these results, we have made to measured motion time, and carried out the image matching task of character and facial expression by Delayed Matching-to-Sample. The measured facial expressions recognition time involved pure facial expressions recognition time, the motion time and face recognition time. Therefore, pure facial expressions recognition time is a difference between facial expressions recognition time and motion time+face recognition time. We obtained the pure facial expressions recognition time that Expressionless is 85.3ms, Happy is 136.5ms, Hatred is 72.0ms, Sorrow is 104.0ms by 13 subjects. These results backed up our idea that facial expression recognize brew up period from 170ms to 500ms that after presenting stimulation. |
