| 抄録(和) | 現在,我が国の人工衛星のミッション規模及び人工衛星自体の大きさは総じて巨大化の方向にあり,それらの要因により,コストが高くなったり,開発期間が長くなったりといった弊害が生じている.これらの弊害を打破するため,様々な小型衛星を使用したミッションが提案されている.今回は,サッカーボール型小型衛星を利用した電波マッピング衛星ITU-SATを提案する.本衛星のミッション内容は,静止衛星から地上に照射されている電波の使用状況を詳細にマッピングする衛星である.本衛星によって取得されたデータは,電波の有効利用,平和利用を目指し,ITU(国際電気通信連合)を通じて広く公開し,国際的な参照情報として利用されることを目的としている.本稿では,ITU-SATの要素技術についても述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | The size and weight of experimental satellites as well as commercial satellites are increasing and satellite missions are becoming more complex. On the other hand, recently many small satellites are developed and launched since mission tests in space can be done more easily and faster. In this paper, we propose a RF mapping satellite, named ITU-SAT, which has a soccer-ball shape and surveys the present RF utilization status of each geostationary satellite as well as the locations of legally or illegally radio-wave transmitters around the world. The mission aim is that data acquired by the ITU-SAT is distributed through the International Telecommunication Union(ITU)to the public and can be used as international reference information for effective and peaceful utilization of radio wave. Elemental technologies of ITU-SAT such as on-board antenna, attitude control, and communications will be also presented. |
