Abstract(in English)	Improving of Voice over IP (VoIP) technology that forwards voice on the IP network, IP telephone service that connects to PSTN and IP network has been attracting. Because IP network is best effort, we need to assure reliability as same as PSTN. If we provide the equipment redundancy of network layer, the issue is method of signal routing. The paper says the method of VolP signal routing when network layer is redundant in order to assure reliability of IP telephone service.
