Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When images are created by Computer Graphics (CG), it is difficult to satisfy both its quality and processing time. CG is a technique that creates images based on physical lows for models, which shape is defined mathematically; however, simplified models, which are approximated with a set of polygons, are used for fast rendering. In this case, the number of polygons should be increased for high quality of the images, while the number of polygons should be reduced for fast rendering. This paper describes how to satisfy both quality and processing time of images created by CG. Especially, two methods are introduced. One is a method that increases and decreases the number of polygons according to user's request and the other is another method that creates images very fast without reducing the number of polygons.
