Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | A highly sensitive electro-optic (EO) sensor is realized by using a high S LiNbO_3 optical disk resonator. However, it is also sensitive to wavelength fluctuation of laser source and temparature variation of the disk resonator. These effects result in instability of the measurement sensitivity. In order to stabilize the sensitivity, we locked the wavelength of the laser source to the resonant mode by using the detected light intensity as feedback signal. |
