Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, the effect of the supply power on the temperature rise of the contact was studied experimentally. Durations and the integral of contact powers in the bridge and arc discharge were separated and discussed. The effects of supply power on the duration and integral contact power of bridge were relatively small. On the other hand, the effects of supply power on the duration and integral contact power of arc were relatively large. Furthermore, as the Pd content increased, the effect of supply power on the duration and integral contact power of arc became lager. Then, the correspondence between the temperature rise and supply power was identified by using the relationship between supply power, integral contact power and duration in the bridge and arc discharge.
