Abstract(in English)	Currently, in order to protect individual's privacy information such as the image of surveillance camera, it is indispensable to encrypt these data. However, in existing encryption scheme, all entities who possess the secret key can decrypt the message without being known the fact to anyone. Therefore, we can not specify a dishonest entity who decrypt it, when to be decrypted even if he acquire individual's privacy information. In this paper, we propose an encryption scheme which can specify entities who decrypt messages by changing decryption process.
