Abstract(in English) In this paper we propose a new method for constructing the public-key cryptosytems. We present several examples as challenge problems. One of the examples show that the size of the public key can be shortened by factors of about 2~6, compared with the total sizes of the conventional RSA public-key, (n, e). The size of the public key in most simple challenge problem takes on a value of only 347 bit. One of the advantages of the constructed public-key cryptosystem is that the encryption and decryption can be performed very fast.
