Abstract(in English) C_<60> nano surface structures have been obtained by a simple and quick technique such as the spin-cast treatment with various kinds of organic solvents onto C_<60> film. It has been clarified that these nano surface structures are significantly effective for the photovoltaic properties of the C_<60>/conducting polymer type and may are applicable to FE emitters.
