Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)-tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) based hybrid materials have been well known as a good mechanical property and an excellent thermal stability. In this paper, the electrical insulating and heat-resistive properties of the hybrids made under several conditions have been evaluated and discussed. It has been found that the hybrids have good electrical insulating properties of 10 to 13Ω・m and 25kV/mm AC breakdown strength at room temperature and heat-resistive property of less than 3% after keeping for 480 hours at 200℃.
