Image effects by real-time synchronization of CG and lighting in HD-Virtual systems

Abstract(in English) Recently, the production of virtual programs using CG animation has increased, and the production technique has become diverse. In production of programs using three dimensional virtual systems, if the CG effects and lighting effects can be synchronized, we can expect effective compositing of real images and CG images. This report explains the development of a new high-definition television image effect system, in which CG images can be adjusted according to studio lighting changes. In this system, real-time CG images are generated and adjusted according to the DMX512 signal output from the lighting console.
