| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, it is clarified that the problems concerning with narrow frequency range of the conventional even harmonic mixer using open and short circuited stubs as the branching filter. And we propose a configuration of a parallel connected even harmonic mixer. A fabricated parallel connected even harmonic mixer in Ku-band has obtained the frequency bandwidth of 2GHz. The frequency range of this proposed mixer is a 1.46 times as wide as the conventional even harmonic mixer. |
