Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Microwave and Millimeter-wave oscillators have a couple of problems in making the high frequency oscillation, low phase noise and the cost reduction. The Push-Push principle is practically effective for solving these problems. In this report, the 4th harmonic Push-Push Oscillator usingλ_g/2 Line Resonator is proposed. As the result of the experiment, the output power of -10.87dBm is obtained at the 4th harmonic frequency of 30.45GHz. The measured phase noise is -97.0dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset frequency. The output power suppression of the fundamental frequency signal, the second harmonic signal, and the third harmonic signal are -7.73, -15.8, and -24.63dBc, respectively.
