Abstract(in English) Courses of study using e-Learning contents bring a new type of learning environment into reality in which students can study anywhere at any time. In this kind of environment, adult students can work their way through school. However, the situation of studying anywhere at any time can also lead to the situation of putting off studies anywhere at any time. Small learning setbacks and the stress of work can decrease motivation for learning and extend periods of putting off studies. A support and advice system for adult students of distance learning which can detect such situations early on is essential. Shinshu University established a graduate school on the Internet using an e-Learning study environment. This report describes the support and advice system on the Internet for the e-Learning students that we are now testing at Shinshu University and presents our evaluations and future plans for this system.
