Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have performed numerical and analytical study on scale-free random Boolean networks(SFRBN) to understand the role and/or contribution of hubs on their dynamical properties. Both entropy and mutual information are sentitive to the Boolean function on node at hub including their upstreams. The higher connected hubs have the larger effect on their dynamics. An independnt analytical approach with using Boolean subnetworks shows the differences in capacity, length, sensitivity and entropy productivity on the combinations of Boolean functions. We have good correlations between the numerical and analytical results, indicating dynamical properties of SFRBN depend on the combinations of Boolean functions at highly connected nodes and their upstreams.
