Automatic Cooking Archiving with Spoken Dialogue with Assistant Agent

Abstract(in English) We constructed a kitchen system which has capability to observe the user's cooking activities by multiple sensors and talk with him/her by spoken dialogue. The system support a user to make a intelligible multi-media cooking contents of his/her original recipe by (i) cooking recognition, (ii) speech dialogue, and (iii) cut edit. In this paper, we introduce the framework of this system and results of pilot studies.
