Study on Virtual Reality Database System : Output from database by text and voice

Abstract(in English) Recently, development of high-speed network technology and computer performance increases opportunity of multimedia data transmission on the net. In such situation, people need unified multimedia database which can integrate each media collectively. We proposed the multimedia database which express conceptual scheme in virtual reality database, and have developed the system to compensate media integration. This system can realize media integration; treat input and output by any media. In this report, we make a virtual street in virtual reality database and show the experimental results of output from database by text and voice about situation and transition of street.
