Abstract(in English) For the next generation mobile communication system, high-speed and low power analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and digital-to-analog converters (DACs) are required. In this paper, ADC using new power reducition technique for radio receivers and low-power DAC are descrived. The ADC dissipate 55mW at 200 MSPS, and the DAC dissipate 21mW at 200MSPS.
