Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) By applying the P2P technology to existing home networks, we propose the seamless communication between the home networks and mobile networks. In addition, we realize the distributed management of home appliances and remote control of home appliances from a mobile phone. In this paper, we introduce a prototype implementation based on the proposed method and an experimental environment for home networks constructed with home appliances such ad TV and VCR. The prototype implementation system used IEEE1394 and ECHONET as existing home networks.
