Analysis of railway driver's skills for error prevention

Abstract(in English) Railway driver's work is composed of many kinds of tasks, and the risk is different from task to task. Even in the same task, the risk is changed, depending on the places and conditions. In this paper, not only risky errors and conditions, but also error prevention skills are collected by the interviews to experienced drivers. In addition, the process in which they learn the skills are discussed.
