| 抄録(和) | 漁船保険中央会が平成15、16年度に支払った再保険金1件当り30万円以上のディーゼル機関事故6459件を対象に、事故原因を「潤滑油劣化」「潤滑油不足」「潤滑油系統の故障」「冷却水不足」「冷却水系統の故障」「過負荷」「機関部品等の経年損耗」「その他機関故障」に分類し、事故件数および支払保険金を集計したところ、「機関部品等の経年損耗」がどちらも一番多かった。また、事故原因別に機齢による事故発生率を集計したところ、「潤滑油系統の故障」以外は、ピークが機齢7年から13年にあり、その後30年まで減少傾向であった。参考に、事故原因別に損傷部品を示した。 |
| 抄録(英) | There were a lot of both of "Passing years' such as engine parts abrasions" the classification of the cause of 6459 diesel engine troubles into "Lubricant deterioration", "Lubricant shortage", "Breakdown of the lubricant system", "Cooling water shortage", "Breakdown of the cooling water system", "Overload", "Passing years' such as engine parts abrasions", and "Other engine failure", and totals of the trouble number and the payment insurance, too. There were a lot of damage numbers of the piston and liner, and were a lot of crankshafts in the payment insurance in each damage parts. |
