Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Inductance is an important parameter in the design of Single Flux Quantum(SFQ) circuit, but it takes long time to calculate the values accurately. In order to get it more simply, we have calculated inductances, normalized by an inductance of straight line structure, of fundamental structures in real circuit. The results become almost constant for wide variations of size parameter for realistic circuits and help us calculate and estimate inductance more simply. In this paper, we describe corner bend, T-shape, cross-shape structure and asymmetrical structure with different width such as corner bend and T-shape, moreover, joined line structure.
